Cluster:    Abell 194 Cet (Abell distance class 1)
Site: Neutsch, Odenwald
fst: 6m,4
Instr.: 457/1850-Newton
Mag. 154 , 222
Description: An easy cluster with many bright NGC galaxies. The central region is formed by the beautiful couple NGC 545 and 547. Both galaxies seem to merge together even at high power observation. This is a interacting system called Arp 308. The galaxies in AGC 194 are pretty scattered.
